I wanted to create a fusion of all of my certifications and the things I have learned along the way from self-study when it comes to nutrition, hypnotherapy, mindset, and circadian biology. You will learn that nutrition is not the only thing to consider when it comes to weight-loss. You will learn about stress, self-visualization, nutrition, circadian rhythms, and much more. It is not just about what you eat, but also how you eat. Learn about dynamic self-regulation and retrain the way your brain chats with itself. This course is less about someone telling you HOW to be PERFECT and more about embracing your imperfections and falling in love with your FAVORITE self all over again.
