Welcome to Moonfire Wellness!

That's my cat, Razzberri! She loves to eat, and so do I. Unfortunately, we are both very sensitive and can't always eat whatever we want. I have been on a long, transformative journey where I learned a lot about nutrition, movement, stress, light, rest, grounding, water, minerals, and much more. 

I offer courses that help women find rhythm naturally after years of dieting. I use moon phases to help create nutrition plans that work for each individual, for where you are in your life. Learn if keto is right for you or if you should be eating more complex carbs. There's a time and place for everything. 

I use a foods-first approach over supplements to remineralize your body. Functional labs can be offered if needed, but are not always necessary.
